How is much is delivery?
For UK Mainland this is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 (Free on orders over £50)
How long will my Cider take to arrive?
Our deliveries are handled by parcel courriers and sent on a 2-3 day Service, orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10am will be despatched the next working day. Please note that we do not ship orders on bank holidays, these orders will be processed the next working day.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery.
If you have placed an order for cider, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order.

Is my ciders packaging Recyclable?
All of our cider cans & bottles are fully recyclable in both home & local council recycling.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If goods are to be returned to York Cider Company, they must be returned in their original packaging. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at hello@yorkcidercompany.com if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. However, in certain instances, we can cancel your current order and create a new one (subject to stock quantities).
If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, then you'll need to return the unwanted item following our Returns procedure.
